Round-Up FAQ's


  • Can I just show up, do I have to RSVP?

    No, you can not just show up! You must pre-register and RSVP in order to reserve your seat or table. You must make a reservation prior to 7/19 or capacity whichever comes first! 


    Don't be a party crasher, we want to know you are coming and we want to be sure to save a seat for you! 

  • How does complimentary attendance work?

    The more the merrier! In our current world, we want everyone to have the opportunity to celebrate Wings of Hope and over 28 years of partnering horses and humans.  It is free to attend but the string attached is we ask you to make a donation in the amount you see fit when you reserve your ticket and participate in Boots Up, auctions, and fun & games. 

  • I would like to reserve a table for the event, what's next?

    A complimentary table may be reserved for the event by making a reservation. Tables accommodate 10. 


    You may reserve any desired amount of tickets to attend, but a reservation must be completed for each guest to attend.  If you know you need a table but are not certain of who your 10 guests will be at the time of your reservation you may reserve your table and update your guest names as they are confirmed.

  • Are all tickets complimentary?

    Event attendance is complimentary but we do ask that you make a donation in the amount you see fit at the time of your registration and participate in the event through Boots Up, auctions, fun & games! 

  • Is there a minimum amount required to donate to reserve my table or ticket?

    No! No donation is too small to impact our mission. Donations of any amount are greatly needed and directly impact an equestrian and their equine service partner! 


    Some supporters choose to donate a smaller amount during the reservation process and fulfill the remainder of their donation during Boots Up. Whereas other supporters choose to participate anonymously and make a substantial donation during their reservation and participate under the radar during the event. 


    No matter the volume of your generosity every dollar makes an impact and donations of $1 and beyond directly impact an equestrian and their horse. 

  • I want to buy a table sponsorship!

    Sponsorships are sold to offset the cost of the event and to raise funds for the mission. Sponsorships are not sold to purchase a table. A table can be secured by making a donation of your choosing at an amount you are comfortable with. 


    You can be a sponsor and have as many or as few tickets as you need to attend and fill a table or not attend the event at all. 


    In order to attend and obtain a table, you must RSVP prior to 7/19 and reserve your ticket(s)/table. 


    There are a variety of sponsorship levels created to fit your budget and your marketing needs. 


    Don't need a sponsorship that caters to marketing? Reserve your ticket(s) or table and generously participate during the event through donations and auction shopping! 


  • What sponsorships are available?

    We offer one Exclusive Presenting Sponsor package for $10,000, sponsorship opportunities at the $3,000 level, sponsorshop opportunites at the $1,500 level, and the Mission Supporter for $500.


    Don't need a sponsorship that caters to marketing? Reserve your ticket(s) or table and generously participate during the event through donations and auction shopping! 

  • Is there a need for auction item donations?

    Yes!  Round-Up for Riders can showcase your business through the Live or Silent Auction and Pick-A-Package areas.  We are looking to local businesses, artisans, and friends to contribute to the event through donations of items, services, or gift certificates that can be purchased in the live or silent auctions. 


    • Items are uniquely showcased in high traffic areas.


    • Company name on mobile bidding profile for each item donated.


    • Provide your business card, brochure and marketing information for each item donated!


    • Link your social media to ours! Promote your business virtually and at the event!


    • Your donation is tax deductible! 



    Don’t have an item or a good to donate? Consider donating a gift certificate! 


    We are looking for contributions of gift cards of any denomination for the auction.


    • This auction area is a way for all donors to directly support an Equestrian receiving Financial Aid at WOH! 


    • Gift certificates for goods or services pertaining to Dining, Entertainment, or Shopping & Services are a great way to promote your business, gain a new customer and provide additional exposure to your business. 

  • What is the event attire?

    Fort Worth chic, boots & bling. Come in your western best or dress to the nines whatever you are comfortable in. 

  • Is there entertainment?

    Yes! Bronson Louis will be provinding the music for your boot scootin' pleasure. Get ready to boogie! 

  • Is there wining and dining?

    Yes! Your complimentary ticket includes hosted food and beverage. 


    The event is held at River Ranch in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards which includes a gourmet Mexican feast, cocktails, chance games, auction shopping, and entertainment. 


    Meals are served buffet style. If you have a dietary restriction you can customize your plate to meet your needs.
