Join Our Volunteer Team! Give The Gift Of Hope

• Volunteers must be 14 years of age or older.

• NO Horse Experience Required

• Volunteers work hands on with horses and riders each week as a trained Side Walker or Leader.

• Hands on training.

• Must be physically able to walk alongside a rider and their horse in a dirt arena or trail for 1 hour. 

• Must be able to effectively communicate with the instructors, staff, clients and other volunteers. 

• Must be able to volunteer minimum 1.5 hours weekly on the same day and time each week.

• We ask that you commit to 1 one hour lesson and arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the lesson with a 3 month commitment minimum.

• Eligibility for community service hours require a minimum of 30 hours with a 3 month minimum commitment.

• Volunteer teams/groups are always welcome. 

Clients and Volunteers are separate program areas if you have a disability

Clients are not eligible to serve as a volunteer while receiving services.
