New Client Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in our programs! At this time, we have very limited availability for new clients. If you’d like to be considered when a spot opens up, please complete our interest form. We will hold your application on file and will reach out as soon as an opportunity becomes available.

In order to become a therapeutic horsemanship client at Wings of Hope you must have a diagnosed disability or challenge by a licensed medical healthcare professional.
All clients must complete the application process including a meet & greet evaluation at Wings of Hope and commit to a weekly session on the same day and time each week. Sessions are scheduled continuously September - May with camp and modified Summer opportunities in June & July.
